| We use ProCare for everything at our center, it has literally changed the way we operate our business. Our payroll is sooo easy, managing the kid's information is all automated. I could not imagine what it would be like without ProCare. The free tech support is amazing too! They're always there to answer my questions. |

| Family names come up under parent's last name which is often different from the child's last name. In a large center this can be a problem. Difficult to use in many areas. Payroll is good but that is about it. If a teacher moves to a different classroom during the day she has to sign out and back in again under the new classroom or it will show up that you are understaffed. I have never been able to use the scheduling portion for teachers. The way it is set up doesn't work for us and can't be changed. We have had this program for several years and there are still portions of it we cannot use. |

| You can not centalize your information, you have to use a FTP to send any. Clunky and not easy to use. I went with an on line service and it is great |
