I bought this software and was very disappointed. First off, the creator is also the IT department and Sales. He will answer your phone call when you are interested in buying it but not when you need IT support. It is overpriced and very difficult to use. I would not purchase this software. It was a waste of money and now I have bought new software from another company b/c Bill Jacobs creator of childcare sage will not refund my money.

Needs Improvement, May 08, 2010

This Software is has good features if you are
running a full time center. If you are running a
drop-in center this software will do the job but
it will be painful. My biggest complaint with
Child Care Sage is how hard it is to reach the
tech support team. Sometimes Childcare Sage takes
up to a week to respond to voicemail and email. My
system went down and the entire childcare sage
team was at a conference in NV so my center had to
conduct all transactions on paper for an entire
week. If this company had full time tech support
I would rate it higher.
