I HIGHLY recommend ProCare. I researched and tested every available software on the market and ProCare beat them all hands down. The support is awesome! I only buy the modules I need and I'm not stuck with software that doesn't fit my daycare needs. Try the demo with your own data and see for yourself. Payroll for a staff of 15 takes 5 minutes! 5 Minutes!! Immunization tracking reports take less than 30 seconds to print. Reminder notices to parents - simple!! If you can point and click, you can learn this program! I loaded it on my computer on a Saturday and was doing payroll on Tuesday. Created family profiles for 110 families in just a matter of days and was printing deliquency tracking reports immediately. Attendance is a snap with the Attendance tracker - no more paper logs that parents forget to sign. The tracker clocks the kids in and out and billing can be set to your needs and is done automatically. Office time is much more productive. Wish we could've gotten it sooner!
