| The service and support that I have received since beginning using Childcare Manager has never been anything less than exemplary. The system is easy to use and I am able to run my day to day operations with ease. Recently Childcare Manager implemented a "batch" emailing system where I am able to email all of my parents at the same time all of their statements. It has saved me a tremendous amount of time and paperwork. The sales and support staff are always willing to help and I never have an unpleasant experience on the phone with them. I highly recommend this software to anyone starting a childcare facility. You will not be disappointed. |

| Where do I begin. It does more than you can imagine, tracking divorced and remarried parents when children have different last names. It does all my deposits, time card analysis, it tracks seperate payments for divorced parents. Bills Audubon, keeps track of co-pays. It does everything but have a filet mignon ready for me when I arrive home but I am sure CCM will think of a way to that as well. |
